Palomar Family Counseling Service

PFCS provides counseling and behavioral interventions to young children who are experiencing social, emotional and behavioral problems. Parents receive counseling and guidance with behavioral interventions so that lasting changes in behavior are achieved. Services are provided at pre-school sites, in PFCS clinical offices, and in the child's home.
